Bidder Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Auction contracts are agreements between a seller and a buyer, in which the seller agrees to sell an item or property for the highest bid and the buyer agrees to pay it. They also take place between the bidder and the auctioneer. Auctions consist of one seller and a number of potential buyers, so the property is sold to the highest bidder.
The final sale in the auction process results from bid competition, though it is important to note that if only one bid is received, that single bidder may purchase the item.
Your Bid or Purchase is a Contract
When you place a bid on an online auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if you are the winning bidder. You are the winning bidder if your bid is the highest bid at Auction Close and your bid is accepted by the seller.
All Purchases are Final Once you have confirmed a purchase, your purchase is final and can not be canceled.
FOR SELLERS : If your item is not sold, you can choose to make a new agreement with us to try to sell your item at a later auction. After a Live Auction or an Online Auction, you can also choose to pick up the item at the location where it has been up for auction. We will contact you to find a solution that fits your needs.
Pre-bidding : Will end before the LIVE online auction starts.
Sales commission : + 15% all in (shipping is extra)
Shipping & Handling : Worldwide : FEDEX / UPS / DHL (depends to wich country ) rates apply. Please contact us for the exact quotes. All parcels are shipped 100% insured worldwide !
Customs and related issues: The whole responsibility about customs and customs related issues are for the buyer.please check your country's customs laws before you bid on an item. We are not responsible for any problems with your countries laws or customs.

What happens AFTER the auction and you had some winning bids ?
Many thanks for your bids and interest in our latest auction.
In case you have won some lots please read further :
During the next days after the auction we prepare all the invoices and collect all winning lots.
By the end of the week you will receive your invoice (pdf) by e-mail. Please also check in your spam for the e-mail.
We advise to pay the invoice asap by transferwise.
(Other payment options are not accepted)
When your payment has arrived in our bank account we will prepare your parcel
and will ship it asap to the adress you have provided in either your profile or your mail.
The moment we ship your parcel we will inform you by mail with the tracking number.
